Whirling disease management by the province may impact access to water in certain areas.
For the fall of 2025 we will be working on spoon and spinners dedicated to salmon and steelhead fishing in rivers.
The fish doesn't decide to bite because of a 700$ pair of waders or a very fancy boat. The fish is considering the lure in front of him. Poor presentation of a bait or lures setup will drastically reduce the chance of successfully connecting and landing a fish.
The tackles selection of materials is a result of multiple tests and adjustments that I have made while I was out on the water. The hook, split ring and swivels are manufactured in Japan. The making, assembling and shaping of the lure is made right here in the Fraser Valley. While it's made in locally with products from outside of Canada. I am the one who's making those and therefore I can confidently say that the gears have been assembled to my standard and as if I was going to fish them myself. This is why I opted for materials made in Japan rather than being purely profit driven with cheaper materials which haven't passed the tests I ran.
Finally, there won't be fancy packaging, which would end-up in the landfill, the money goes in the hardware and my own time to make the lurers and ship them.
We are having issues supplying some materials but expecting to start the production by October 2025. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
